Return Policy

A. For pre-owned records:

All pre-owned records are cleaned and inspected before being sold. They are graded accordingly. Please see the grading guide page for your reference. Records graded Good Plus (G+), Good (G), Fair (F), and Poor (P) are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

In the event that a record graded Very Good (VG) and above is defective (e.g. warped that affects playback, skips, broken) not caused by the buyer, kindly contact us so we can assist you. We have a strict 7-day return policy.

Returns with "change-of-mind" reasons will not be accepted, as well as non-satisfaction due to "quality of recording or pressing" or any other subjective or opinion-based reasons. Kindly read each item's description and contact us before placing your order.

B. For brand new/sealed records:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong order.

We have a 7-day return policy after delivery of your order.

We will only accept returns for factory-damaged brand new/sealed records.

Aesthetic imperfections brought by manufacturing such as small dimples, excess PVC, slight warps and the like that DOES NOT affect play is not considered as damage.

Please know that some skips may be caused by portable turntables, turntables that use ceramic needles, and turntables that don't have tonearm counterweight. In this case, once proven to play well with our system, returns/refunds will not be accepted.
